Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count. During sales or peak seasons, it might take longer. If there's a major delay, we'll email you.
Delivery Timeline
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days in most cases. Sometimes it stretches to 7–12 days due to carrier delays or high volume. These are estimates, not promises.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it directly through the carrier's site.
International Orders
We ship to select countries. You're responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged. Send photos and your order number to support@valuevaults.com. We'll sort out a return or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We can't be responsible for packages marked "delivered" that you didn't receive. Check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you think it's truly lost, reach out—we'll try to help.
Order Changes
Need to update your address or modify something? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, it's probably too late.
